i'll be graduating from culinary school in late june. my family and i are going to have a party in vegas for the summer of 2009, i just hope i have a good paying job. the number on my debt is a little smaller than i had anticipated, so that's good. over the holidays i'll be updating and fleshing out my portfolio with more text and higher-quality pictures. i'm moving to a newer, bigger apartment in january. one with a small washer and dryer in the unit. which will be awesome. i hate packing up all the laundry and driving to and from a laundrette every other week.
