the seasons are changing, and i must say it's about damn time. i've been trapped in my feelings for too long, and am feeling a bit of elation to be free from the burden and strain. now, if i can just find the full-time job i want, i'll be making some real progress.

Muscle is really dense. IIRC it is almost twice as dense as fat, so you could see a size reduction without a weight reduction. Used to piss me off when I lost all my weight last time. I was down to 160, started working out like a fiend, and started to gain weight while my pants got looser.

I've gained back about 15 pounds, which I blame on lack of self-control about what I eat. I believe that in order to succeed at losing weight you need to already feel good about yourself, not hoping to feel good AFTER losing the weight.
For me, it was a desire to look as good as I was feeling at the time due to my having a relationship with a much younger woman. I felt good, so I figured why shouldn't i also look good.

lots of the cure coming from my speakers. summer is winding down. the cool, wet, windy summer nights are making me extra horny. lately. something about summer and the transition to fall. different from spring into summer, but just as intense.
part-time job isn't enough hours, so i've been looking after my friend's elderly father on occasion. and getting paid for it. i also made $300 at the poker table last weekend. i'm in a job-hunting rut, nobody is hiring me for a full-time position.

It's interesting to see that you're back at the poker table. I'm sort of easing myself back into it. I hesitate to play, as money's a major concern for me. I'd like to think that I'm responsible when it comes to gambling.

I'm glad you're doing well in your poker playing. I'm finding it difficult to play, as I'm aware that "scared money" has almost no chance of winning. Besides, I'm involved in so many more exciting things then when I was playing on a consistent basis.
