Glad to see that you're taking care of yourself. Losing weight is hard, but if you're properly motivated and have the will power, it can be done. The danger is in letting down your guard once you lost the weight. It's easy to backslide.

Only 5 trick or treaters here. As for the cooking, I cannot imagine ever being as skilled as someone like you, but am trying to do better. I've really been getting into taking an organic healthy approach to basic cooking and am actually feel better & more energetic.
