the boyfriend and i took a way. too. cold. walk to the new local Big Bird to see what the hullabaloo was all about. and we walked in and the produce was shining and red and seemed fake.

we ended up driving to kroger later on anyway. i suppose that old habits die hard. the Big Bird still smells like the grocery store what was there just a month ago. and i don't think i'll ever get over that smell.

it's pretty sad when the highlight of my evening before my day off is going to the grocery store and trying to find thai noodles.

really sad, actually.

but tomorrow is another adventure at the house o'geek where i try in vain to not get blown away by the one dark jedi in the troupe (as he promised me he would do last week)
