alright- no denying it anymore. i got my birthday dress and it doesn't look good. dobby will now be taken on nightly walks, along with bikram yoga 5 days a week and zumba tuesday thursdays. i'm hitting the quarter century mark (oh god i thought i'd be married with kids by now... WHYYYYYY) and i'd like to ring it in with a bang. and i know once you hit a certain point, you can't just hop into the gym and see results as quickly as i (fortunately) do. had my last hurrah yesterday with a big ol bowl of mac and cheese and some lobster cheese bites and today's errands include a grocery run with tons of nice leafy green veggies and meat. i'll see if i'm brave enough to post pics along the way so that way i have some accountability. keep me on my toes, guys!
school's kind of hit a slump, and i need to pull myself out of it because i want to finish.
and i just found out i can do bikram after my zumba class!!!!! but i'll progress to that- no need to overdo it and accidentally hurt myself because that's not cute.
