so i've been pretty good today- just one ciggy so far (thank god for torrential dust storms- i can't go outside to smoke

AND- i went to zumba, which isn't such a huge deal, BUT
I COOKED MYSELF A HEALTHY DINNER!
grilled chicken, salad and some yummy parmesan risotto (i added a little bit of gouda- i LOOOOVE gouda.).
...my plate wasn't half risotto either- which is quite the accomplishment for me because i am a freaking carboholic.
day one. onward and upward! time to get my shit together and get HEALTHY.
