so i've decided yet again to up my fitness routine, meaning i will have one.
i was proud of the fact that i literally put down a box of kraft and popped in jillian michaels' 30 day shred. 20 minutes of pure fitness hell, let me tell you. i think you're supposed to do it everyday, but after today, i think that might be a little bit of a stretch for me at this point. i think i'll alternate that with pilates or another one of the many fitness dvds that i have but don't use.
whew- i'm tired, but excited
