Here is my latest idea, of course we all know what little bearing it has on what I decide to do. Yes, I would consider that a bit harsh (we all know that line was my way of adding filler to this) but I do have access to local area growers, so that can make a huge difference. So far I am thinking of a...

With Easter weekend coming up, I need to come up with a unique cheesecake idea. The one I make after this one will incorporate blood oranges (fresh, local grown ones will be available in a couple of weeks)
Once again it is time to consider another cheesecake. But this time I am really drawing a blank. My first thought was lime, but I haven't seen key lime anywhere for some time; so I thought maybe a tropical theme with lime, kiwi and pineapple. sounds delicious let me know how it goes!
Been a rough couple of weeks, lost my grandmother, and our cat, but tomorrow is my mother's birthday, and I did make a sample of my next cheesecake, and it was pretty good. So my mind is back working, and we will see.
Ready to attempt another cheesecake, just need to figure out what type I want to create.... as usual ??? My first thought involves pears, blueberries, and possibly chocolate, with either Bourbon, Cognac, or Grand Marnier. Any input could be helpful.
