Been a long time since I created my last Cheesecake, and with Christmas, New Years, and my Birthday, all in the next few weeks, I had better start thinking about it. Has to be something I've never tried before

For anyone that was curious, yes, another cheesecake is finally on the way. My guess is Thursday, after the Voice's three day run. At the moment, my plan is a blood orange chocolate cheesecake with either of the following toppings: blackberry, pecans, caramel, or a variation of each. Still up in the air if you have any ideas.

Just found out one of my friends is undergoing chemotherapy, and will be for the next 6 months, because the previous surgery didn't work, so I am not at the top of my game. About to set sail on the latest cheesecake creation. Right now I have fresh pineapple, pear, mango and kiwi soaking overnight in Myers Dark Rum and St. Germain liquor. That will be used in the body and topping of the cheesecake. Of course it will be covered in a dark chocolate, pecan shell.
