It has been quite a while, which does irritate me, but I was involved in other computer related things. But a new cheesecake is on its way, and I tend to refer to it as the mystery cheesecake. It will be done tomorrow night. All I will say, is that it is rum based, and there are, at this moment. blackberries soaking in two types of Liquor. And for those that know me, chocolate is involved,,,,somewhat ??? I will post the results tomorrow, and yes, I am a bit nervous, but confident as ever.
