Well, the 4th of July (like I actually would make anything special for a holiday ??) cheesecake is in the oven, and all that comes to mind is (sorry about the quote) " I'm Living on a ...." No even I couldn't doi't....Sorry Bon Jovi !! But while waiting, I am inspired to put my copy of Jesus Christ Superstar in the DVD Player. Using peanut Butter instead of fruit changes the whole texture, and when you are a cook and not a baker..... the good news is I still have 3 layers of toppings to create when this completes. The good news is, I haven't had a bad one yet, but at least it gives me something to look forward to. Yes, sarcastic to the bitter end !!
