There is just something (so to speak) I needed to get off my chest. I was curious why no one ever asked me for help with anything related to cooking. It was just recently I started doing cheesecakes, and there has yet to be one that didn't turn out (forgive the arrogance) Perfect. Anyone that knows me, knows what I am capable of in the kitchen, and I would never back down to a culinary challenge, so I would be more then willing to help anyone who asked. With that said, on to the next cheesecake. (sorry but I have always loved adding a bit of drama to anything/everything I do)
