For my next cheesecake, I've decided to throw a curveball. And cotrary to popular belief, it's not just because I had a tooth yanked from my lower jaw..Maybe. My main ingredient will be the Habanero Pepper. There's nothing like a little heat to bring a smile to one's face. Right now I am thinking of pineapple and mango as the other main ingredients, and knowing the way I do things, the topping will be something original........ very rich/and extremely decadent.
