Here is the latest cheesecake. A Ginger Banana Rum Cheesecake with a Chocolate Citrus Glazed Rum Topping.
I must admit, it was not one of my best (reluctantly) But I knew, going in, banana might be a difficult component.
It still was better then most cheesecakes you can buy elsewhere. Anyone that knows me, knows that even though I had difficulty with using banana, means that I won't give up on the idea, it will be back, and, of course, perfected.
And as I said before, it was good, and I would challenge anyone to find a better one with ginger and banana as a main component. My biggest hurdle was the fact that my last cheesecake, the blood orange chocolate, was my best one to date.....Give me time, there is no such thing as the best !!!!!!
