The new cheesecake is on it's way. It's out of the oven and cooling. All I can say is that it smells incredible, and from what I've tasted, WOW. It is a Makers Mark, dark chocolate pear cheesecake, with a bourbon graham cracker crust. Tomorrow I will create the Bourbon, pomegranate, blueberry topping. Of course it will have some special twist that, at this time, I haven't come up with; but I have a feeling it will be something special, if not unique. I know it will take it to another level ...... I can't wait !!!
