Since I couldn't decide which ingredients to use, or which one's would work well together, I figured I had better do a (small scale) trial run. And, I would have to say. it worked out well. I am now leaning toward a "drunken" cheesecake, similar to a Jack Daniels bourbon cake, but with Makers Mark Bourbon (upgrade) , chocolate cream cheese, ripe pears, and whole fresh blueberries baked in. This one could really be fun, depending on the amount of Bourbon used, in the cheesecake recipe and later in the glaze (topping).
