Next on the experimental agenda is a Holiday Cheesecake: I am attempting a Makers Mark bourbon cheesecake with a biscotti cookie crust, caramelized honey pomegranate pecans, with a bourbon cream topping. But, since I really have no idea as to how it should be done, we'll see what I actually end up with. Course that's what makes it fun !!!
