The next one, this (Easter Sunday) weekend will be a blood orange chocolate cheesecake with a Makers Mark bourbon, candy topping. And, of course, with whatever my overly creative / psychotic mind happens to comes up with.

Here is my latest idea, of course we all know what little bearing it has on what I decide to do. I am now leaning toward a "drunken" cheesecake, similar to a Jack Daniels bourbon cake, but with Makers Mark Bourbon (upgrade) , chocolate cream cheese, ripe pears, and whole...

Been a rough couple of weeks, lost my grandmother, and our cat, but tomorrow is my mother's birthday, and I did make a sample of my next cheesecake, and it was pretty good. So my mind is back working, and we will see.
