OK, I am extremely confused, I'm guessing that when someones name no longer appears on your friends list, and their name is black with a line through it, that the person is no longer a member?? What the hell happened to Melissa???

the above person is incorrect. and line through the name strictly refers to people who got booted. I wish I remember the name of the thread where O explained it all.
