tarnish

I'm kinda bummed about Sunday. I was supposed to participate in the AIDS walk in LA. But my ride never called me. It turned out to be a good thing because I was feeling a little icky. But I was really looking forward to it.

Mornings like these make me happy. I love it when Derek opens the store. He gets up early, takes a shower, gets dressed, then comes back to bed to cuddle me before he leaves. It's so sweet. We usually have 10-20 minutes of cuddle time and I usually end up dozing(sp?) on his soft tummy. Then he wakes me up by saying I love you, kisses me, lets me know what time he'll be home as he walks to the door, says I love you as he opens the door to leave, and blows me a kiss as he closes it. What a guy!
