I like emails, especially from people from this site, and I apprieciate moral support, but.... I can't tell who is sending email sometimes. I guess this site's alias' don't transfer. So to those who have sent email, thank you.
Anyway....
Was talking with my friend Z this morning, who cut's my hair and also does massage. I tell her about this new client I'm supposed to have this week that was kind of a demanding and fee grinding bitch over the phone. It was actually kind of amusing because the woman tried to tell me she could get an hour session $15 cheaper at one of my friends shops. I know that this is bs and told her so (not in those words). I also told her that I don't argue over my fees and told her she should contact someone else and hung up. She called back a couple hours later and says she wants to go ahead and set up a session. I set one, reluctanly.
Z asks her name, when I tell her she gives me an odd look and tells me to cancel her as quick as I can. When I ask why, she gives a 20 minute dissertation on how this woman is know for scamming and raising bogus complaints against about 90% of the personal services and professional services in our area mainly for the sake of not having to pay for anything.
While she's talking the girl working the coffee shop we're at overhears some of conversation and chimes in as well. Apparently this woman got two girls fired from the shop before the owner figured out the woman was just trying to scam free shit. While she's talking the guy that owns an auto repair in the area hears the name and goes off on his own tirade.
Well that was enough for me. When I got home, I called to cancel the session which was to be Wednesday at 7:00pm, and left a message on her machine. I walk to the bathroom, the phone rings, I hear the machine pick up, then someone screaming,"Who da FUCK do think you are?" followed by heavy screaming threats of business and personal failures and more swearing.
I pick up the phone and tell the woman never to call my business again. She continues to threaten me and tell me she's going to make my life a living hell until I say everything she has said is on my answering machine. Click.
Over the last half hour, I have had ten hangups on my business line. Same number on call ID.
and it's only 10:30am
