1 shot rose petal infused gin
3 lime slices
2 dashes angustura bitters
1 tsp powdered sugar
club soda
Muddle limes and sugar in a mixing glass. Add gin and bitters, shake with ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Top with a splash of club soda, and garnish with a single rose petal.
To make the gin, pick the petals of 5 roses just after sunrise. Wash well, then put in a pitcher and pour gin over them. Let sit for 1 day, shaking and stirring periodically. Strain, chill gin.

I can honestly say I have never looked at a rose and thought, "You know what would go good with this rose? Some gin." Inventive.
