It really depends on the size of the piece. They generally range from $200-$800. The cheaper ones are 16"x20" and the more expensive are 36"x48". I take requests.

Cass Cafe (Detroit) had/has the best turkey pita I miss that place the vibe is awesome.
Skully's (Columbus) has a great burger. Talked to a guy who was from The "D" and he had one too.
The pizza joint across from Penn station(NYC) had a really good slice for $2.50.

So my phone bill was $207 this month and they restricted some of my services 'till I paid it 
so I paid it and then had a 3 day hold 'cause of the holiday so I had NO internet for the holiday weekend thankfully I had my Sim city and play station games.
