It is 1:07AM, Wednesday morning and I can't seem to sleep. I'm pleasantly buzzed from just a tiny roach, but despite the sex two hours ago, I've yet to catch a wink.
Tomorrow begins a new period in my life. I'm going to make my new employment demands during my annual performance review at work. I'm tired of my needs being ignored, and, since they just fired another assistant yesterday, I'll have leverage. They've been promising me a promotion and raise since August and I haven't seen shit.
January starts the busiest time of the year, so they'll be screwed if they fired me. Up goes the middle finger! Pay me more or I'm looking for a new job; I ain't runnin' no charity.
Word for the day: didgeridoo (did-ger-i-doo) - a large bamboo or wooden trumpet of the Australian Aborigines (they're really cool!).
