well, some good news for a change
i got moved over to returns at work, which ive been wanting for quite some time. its a lot less boring. plus im going full time so ill be getting more hours which also means a pay raise. this makes jason happy.
although speaking of work...further shit in the story of me doing obnoxious shit to customers. a couple days ago, i was feeling smarmy (this is utterly shocking, i know) and whenever i was ringing up a customer who didnt have small children with them, i was trying to fit the word "cock" in my sentences as quickly and subtly as possible, just to see if theyd notice.
"will that be all for you todaycock?"
"exuse me?"
"will that be all for you today?"
"oh...yes. thank you."
most of the time they just looked confused as if they werent really sure if they heard it or not. one call actually called me on it and said, "i heard that, you said 'cock!'" at which point i told him that if he didnt watch his language id have to ask him to leave. he did anyway.
