i got the wednesday off
the downside being i work a total of 19 hours the next two days. yuck. wait its more fun than that. i get off work tommorrow night at 11. i gotta be at work saturday at 7 in the morning. yuck. the things i do to go see my friends. (please note i dont really think im magnanimous for doing this, im just extremely facetious)
well fuck it, pittsburgh is a kick ass town. its worth it.
so it appears summer finally. know what i love about summer? those rain storms that come from out of nowhere. where its like 80 degrees out, and then the temp drops to like 70 out of nowhere and its a torrential downpour. i like to run around in it. its beautiful.
one of my favorite memories in my whole life. a few years ago, i was at the further fest (surviving members of the grateful dead and friends) at virginia beach. bruce horsnby was on stage playing "the way it is." all of a sudden the fuckin sky opened up and started pouring down like a monsoon. and there were all these kids dancing and loving it. it poured down like that for a short time then it stopped and a double rainbow came out. it was fucking amazing. ill never forget that for how beautiful a memory it was from top to bottom. so how about you? share a beautiful memory with me
