gym the other day was great, but I think I overdid it. I started off with a run, maybe 3.5 miles. Then it was the bike for a little while and finished it off with the elliptical. All in all it was an hour and change of cardio. It felt so good to workout in a gym that I decided to repeat the workout in the morning. Felt amazing the rest of the day but is feeling it today. Calves are burning, feet are sore (shoes weren't broken in fully), and feeling a little on the dehydrated side. Wanted to do a beach run and a weight day, but is thinking maybe just the weights. Don't want to overdue it. Oh, and the Marine Corps in it's infinite wisdom decided to send me to a school than let me go on leave to see my family. Granted I will be able to go on leave afterward but to put it off for another few months really aggravates me. At the time I was furious but now I'm just upset about it. It's nothing I can do about it so I just gotta deal I guess. Anyhow, that is all.
