I have this little dream inside my head. It's a wonderful thing that makes me smile when I think of it. I close my eyes and linger there any time I can, and I never want to leave.

In this dream I have a job that brings me joy. I am appreciated there and competent, and it inspires me in my day to day life. It's something that is solid yet in the background...something to accent my days, not dominate them. In this dream I have this cozy little place that I call home. It's nestled in a place with trees and beautiful sky all around me. I'm not completely isolated, but I'm away from all of the noise and pollution of the cityscape. I look outside my bedroom window and see peacefulness and green all around me. I have a simple little studio nook in my home where I sit in the sunlight and let music flow from deep inside my joyful and peaceful soul. I have my metal sculpture in the yard in mid-creation while my friends come to visit me and share in my world.

In this dream I can't quite tell if there's someone there sharing with me, but I know that even in my solitude I'm not alone.
