So bought a new fish to cook today never actually cooked before. Boston Blue is a delicious fish very mild and flakey. I coated it in fresh rye bread crumbs, then added Black lava Sea salt, Lovage, and Tellicherry Peppercorn. Instead of dipping the fish in beaten eggs i used heavy cream to give it a lighter taste. then baked it at 350 degrees for 30 mins till it was cooked the whole way through. oh yeah was wild caught not farm raised.
