Been a rough two days for me, found out yesterday that my good friend committed suicide a couple days ago. She was only 34 years old and was such a strong and amazing women. Im still in shock from everything

I've been thankful to have known only three suicides... unfortunately one of which I could've - and should've - helped prevent if only I'd been home at the time to answer her call.
keep the head up if you can... so very sorry t'hear 'bout the loss
