Day # 8 on the treadmill - okay I'm weighing myself after working out in the morning and it seems I'm another pound lighter!
181 lbs!!! I know this won't keep dropping one a day. But It makes me think that my diet and excercise is working! 170 by new years. That i'll be 17 pounds in 35 days about half a pound a day!
If I got down to 160 I'd be feeling so virile baay bee, oh behave!!!
Now 150 would be too much to ask for by february?
I probably won't be able to lose more than that anyway.
But i'm feeling grrreat!!!
oh and no radio tonite we're dj-ing a 'holiday party'
Next week Anne is helping me (fri 9-mid)
