Day 5 and I did my first mile on the treadmill (20 min). yesterday i did three miles!
today I ate oatmeal before the treadmill. it was tougher!
I'll start on an empty stomach tomorrow!
Most of the time during the day I try not to just eat and eat if i'm hungry. So if I really want something (like last night I wanted fat free butterscotch pudding so) I walked a mile.
i still weigh too much, but Anne says i'm weighing myself at the wrong time (right after eating)
I'm thinking 30 minutes on he treadmill next week.
I feel better about myself, i may not look much different but my stomach feels tight!!
no six pack yet? still a suitcase ab. hahahah!
enough about me 'how the hell are you!'

I say keep up the good work.
I saw your post in the fitness group and If your treadmill has some form of flexible deck (the part you walk on) it is better on your joints than running outdoors. Also the incline is easier on your joints (not your muscles) so you can go as far as you want on it if you can just fight off the boredom. I can't stand treadmills and would much rather run outdoors, but that is me.
