It's no secret I like acronyms, so here's a list of the most recent acronyms I have used. Who knows, maybe you'll print this list & use it as a handy-dandy translator. 
SYH = Shut Your Hole (stems from my telling more backstory than story)
TACOM = [United States] Tank-automotive & Armaments Command (Detroit Arsensal)
SOP = Standard Operating Procedure
GULP = Greater Upper Lower Peninsula (my term for anything above Bay City)
BFH = Big CENSORED Hammer (mixed audience, doncha know)
GAS = Great American Sedan (Caprice, LTD, Imperial, New Yorker, etc.)
GASW = Great American Station Wagon (Kingswood, Country Squire, etc.)
RBT = Rusty-but-Trusty (pronounced "ribbit")
RFN = Right CENSORED Now
I'll be adding more as I think of 'em. If you think of any I might have uttered, let me know & I'll translate it post-haste.

Amusing anecdote: I could never get the hang of tying balloons off until an ex, long ago, taught me how to tie the end of a condom.
Every time I tie the first balloon in a batch, I have to laugh as I remember how he threw it across the room and I shrieked in terror. He sort of looked at me and said, "Oh. Baby. Relax. I tied the end."
TMI? Perhaps. Funny to me? Hell yes.
