With my remaining two days of freedom, one question rises to the top of my mind: Can I justify splurging on both Minuscule and The Sweeney? Of course, this one question begets several others.
Is it worth spending 33,44 for the former and 50.42 for the latter (TVA/VAT not required since I live in an enlightened, low-tax society), plus a currency conversion fee of 3% per transaction? (I'm pretty sure it's 3%. I know it's not free.)
Why does it cost 10,90 to ship a four DVD set from France (10-12 days) yet only 3.08 for an 18 DVD set from the UK (6-10 days)?
Why would I want to send $140-150 overseas for entertainment I can "rent" when there are scads of truck parts I could buy with that money right here in the USA?
These are the things I think about late at night/early in the morning.
