For nine hours last night/this morning, I was Mayor/Dictator-for-Life of my SimRegion. 5PM to 2AM.
My alarm sounded its grating beep at the appointed time of 6:30AM. Being the man that I am, I hit the snooze button, rolled over, and instantly entered a dream in which I was running a machine whose alarm went off every nine minutes. No matter which button, lever, or dial I hit, the damn alarm would keep going off every nine minutes.
Seven alarms later, I open my eyes to see it was now 7:38AM.
That can't be right. I only hit snooze once, maybe twice.
The microwave I use as a clock in my everything room confirmed it was indeed 7:38AM.
I really, really need to disable that snooze button.
