It's 7am and I'm just getting home. I had a good night with some of my favorite people. It's nice to feel like my presence is appreciated. Good laughs were had, to the point of my throat hurting and having to walk out of the room to catch my breath. Being the fifth wheel with these two couples doesn't feel like you're the odd person out. It just feels like a group of good friends and I definitely needed it. Being told I make everything better slightly helps this rut I'm in. I'm still garbage but some people see my worth.
