thanks! i am on the healthy diet. i eat protein, fruits and vegetables. i don't diet well, so for breakfast i have a hardboiled egg and an apple or a fuit smoothie, and i have salads for lunch. i break it a lot, but i only eat when i'm hungry, not because i'm bored. and i dance and do crunches.
