so I had another therapy session and it went okay I guess... I talked a little bit about the accident I witnessed a couple months back...
I think therapy might be helping slightly, better than nothing. I still don't feel all that good about myself...
I'm still feeling super tired all the time and have no desire to go out or do anything.
