I just feel like shit....I don't want to take pictures, I don't want to go out, I just want to sit at home.

Today I went to LA with my mom and I felt like I had social anxiety the whole time. I went with her to shop for her jewelry buisness and the whole time I just wanted to go home, like I was regretting ever leaving home, I kept leaving different places to go sit in the car....

I have to work for her tomorrow at an event and I'm dreading it....

Ugh!

I have therapy on Saturday morning....I don't even want to go.

I think I've gained between 5-10lbs.

I'm just bumming.... Sorry for being a downer just wanted to get some shit of my chest

I have so much empathy for you. I've been ever so slowly digging myself out of the depression/anxiety trenches for the last several months, just in time to fall back into seasonal affective...
