I so dislike insomnia too...and I have had the real thing for several months, because of my social anxiety medication....but a month ago my psychiatrist put me on a 2nd medication that I take an hour before I want to go to bed, and this stuff works fabulously...so I'm now back to normal (although on 2 meds.)
Hope one day we can actually meet up...
