I ordered some new frogs. 3 Mantella Pulchras. I was supposed to get some Nigricans, but that fell though, then I was supposed to get some Heralmeireris but that fell through too, so I'm stuck with the pulchras. Not that those aren't good, it's just, I wanted something a bit more unique you know? Although I suppose that since no one hear has any of those frogs, hell you probably haven't even heard of them that does make them a bit unique, but dammit! Not good enough! In the mantella world they're quite common. Whatever.

I need to go to the doctor to figure out what the fuck is going on with my ribs. I mean seriously, chronic costochondritis? Who's heard of that? Everything that I've read online about it says it isn't ever a chronic condition, so there must be something else going on. Too bad I don't have any health insurance. I tried to go see my boyfriends doctor, but apparently they don't accept new patients with chest pain. Lame.

I just got back from a "snowboard" trip to Tahoe, although since there was no snow and my ribs are fucked up I didn't actually snowboard. Instead my boyfriend, my dad and I went on a boat cruise of the lake. It was nice! It was the first time Matthew'd been on a boat too. He had a very sheltered childhood in some respects.

I might be going to Peru on a frog finding expedition through the jungle in a couple months! too cool if you ask me. It might not happent hoguh, cuz the guy that I was going to go with is getting nervous, he thinks Peru is too dangerous to tourists right now, even though we'll be travelling with a Canadian guy who's been down there exporting and guiding people for a couple years. One of two people allowed to export I might add. So yeah. He says he'd be more comfortable with Costa Rica, but that isn't nearly as fun. If I was going to Costa Rica it wouldn't be for frogs, there's just not the diversity there that there is in Peru, I'd go to go scuba diving or smething like that. We'll see though.

Umm..... Yeah. THat's pretty much it. I just felt like I should update this thing. I don't ever come here anymore. I haven't looked at a set in months. Meh. I know I just need to make friends on here again, cuz then I'd visit a lot, but that's just so much work, lol! I'm feeling too lazy for that anyway. So yeah. I'm going to go make a new fruit fly culture.
