Dye is officially on my hair, purple here we come! Don’t expect any new pictures for about another 5 1/2 hours, that’s how long I leave it on for. ;) Since it’s a combination dye and conditioner, it doesn’t hurt to leave it on that long.

The Winter dries one out. I found the a humidifier in the bed room helps through the sleep cycle. I saw a fun card today: drinking 8 glasses of water a day seems so hard. But drinking 7 beers and 5 shots in 3 hers is so easy.

In the winter, increasing the humidity level in the home can make a big difference. Like @catdad I have also had the experience of having a specific spot or two cauterized.
