I'm here to say that the start of my 34th year feels amazingly similar to the end of my 33rd year. And that's fairly positive on balance.

I haven't any problem with my roommate bringing individuals home, but why is it always a *dude*? She's openly bi and speaks often of her past relationships with women, but all I get through my place is a sausage parade. It really would be much better to hear two female voices coming from the other bedroom, but maybe I'm just being demanding and selfish here. wink

I'm looking forward to this weekend's film festival in Port Townsend. I just wish that they didn't wait until Sunday night to show A Hard Day's Night. I'm not sure how it's happened, but I've never seen any of the Beatles films.

A great thank you, again, to all of those who were kind enough to wish me well on my birthday. I may have a misanthropic element in my personality, but I assure you that that part doesn't apply to you fine, fine people.

So, dear reader, what will you be doing this weekend?

yeah, but the pat's pulled out a victory today. craziness. but indy defense has allowed only 16 points over the last three games. that has to be a first.

I obviously can see where being older, more mature, and just plain used to it, can keep you from fucking your roommate's brains out all the time. My whole thing is that usually cohabitation like that just doesn't seem convenient. I can't think of living with a woman who I don't have some relationship with, because it's normally a step before marriage. I dont' know what the situation is between you and your roommate, the history between you and everything.

Needless to say, I just can't see a man and woman living together and not be together or even sharing the occasional bed together. confused
