I have friends who live on nearby (10 miles' drive & ferry ride) Vashon Island. Yet, I probably won't see them more than once or twice the rest of this calendar year. That doesn't seem right.

The weekend trip back east is only a few weeks away now, but I don't think that I'll be able to get to try the food from this place since most of the trip will be centered around the wedding in Bethlehem, PA. Once again, this shows that I am the unluckiest person in the history of the world.
