My parents and brother will be arriving in Seattle today for a visit. This is certainly a positive, but I do wish that I'd stop spending free moments worrying about work.

I was fortunate enough to be in New York City over the weekend. The weather was terrific and I was able to see both friends and family. boulder is pretty good. not so many veggie restaurants (actually, only one-but it's all vegan and attached to the veggie only co-op. and pretty good, though i'm sick of trying raw foods). but everywhere i go has something i get vegan or made vegan for me. so, it's ok here. denver has watercourse (among others i'm sure) that is all veggie and probably the best biscuits and gravy, tempeh burger and chocolate cake i've ever eaten-anywhere.
