God Suicide Girls has saved me from complete and utter boredom at work. Nothing happening right now so the last few days I have been just looking at photos and reading profiles. Damn interesting women.
Last Thursday I ended up at Benders enjoying the Burlesque show. Sort of funny that I didnt think it was quite burlesque at all but more of an alternative strip show or something. A given that the women were hot and that their routines were fun, interesting, sexy and polished but there was something lacking from the show that made it a show and more of a traveling strip club. Plenty of hip folks there to partake of the theatrics. Although I wanted more of some group dances and possibly some skits or something, it was friggin very entertaining and fun. Good crowd and the performers were on point. Good night with 7 & 7.
Friday I went to a friends 50th birth day at the Shelton Theatre. Real cool spot. Having any event in an auditorium style venue can be fun. We had a clown and comic there. It was a lot of fun. Watched videos of their trip to the Maldives. Cant believe the guest of honor is 50. Weird having an old X be part of the scene. She is such a leach and now obviously quite a hoe.
Saturday as if anyone cares, I went to dinner at the Vietnamese restaurant Saigon Saigon. Fuckin meal rocked. Food is so pretty there and its just so tasty. Sauces to spread on any lover. Colors to excite the mind and lighten the soul. Played it cool Sat night.
Finally some surf locally but I am over this summer crap. Got to find a way to warm water and the beach. Having cool beers at your friends barbeque is cool but having them with new friends in a foreign country can be just as special.
Ill continue to update this journal just so that the groups or folks I ping out there will know a little about me. I can be readily found at most mission watering holes and at Ocean Beach.
