I grew up listening to the Beatles on BBC Radio 1 and my big sister's record player and later picked up on everything else. I'd describe myself as a Blues Rock person. I used to be a drummer. First with the Boys Brigade then a Corps of Drums, doing public performances with both, and finally I got a 5-piece kit and became a rock drummer. Although, sadly, that phase never got beyond rehearsal. I also learned a little fingerstyle guitar on a classical guitar, but could not get the hang of chords to save my life. It has to be said, making music is almost as good as sex. It is so good to see people here making music and I wish every one of you success.
