Well, the counter is down to 16 days until Morganna moves up here.
Is it me, or are there no good video games coming out right now? I mean, there's a bunch of cool RPGs lined up for later this year (Knights of the Old Republic, Temple of Elemental Evil, etc.), along with Half-Life 2 and the like, but this summer's really sucking for video games. Last summer we had Neverwinter Nights, Morrowind, Freedom Force, Jedi Outcast, etc. all within weeks of each other. Just as I'd get sick of a new game (oftentimes before), another game I wanted to play would come out. Damn shame, let me tell you what.I'm so bored, I'm playing through Fallout Tactics. Yick!
Was going to run D&D last night, but being short several players, Coliwali and I took his brother and his brother's girlfriends out to see the Hulk. Good film, although I still find the cinematography a little grating- I don't mind a couple panels when they are showing someting important, but to have 4 or 5 moving panels showing nothing of real importance is a little frustrating. Fortunately, Ang Lee didn't overuse this technique too much.
I'm so bored, I'm thinking about running down to Best Buy and picking up the first thing I see that interests me, although I don't know what that might be. Any suggestions, anyone?
