I just picked up an iTrip, which is a little FM transmitter that attaches to (and is powered by) my iPod. I know that FM transmitters are typically a little wonky, but my car stereo doesn't have a tape deck, so this really seems like an ideal solution. I gotta say, I'm quite happy with it. The sound quality suffers a bit, but when you factor in road noise and everything else, it's a negligable inconvenience, particularly when you consider how inconvenient dragging your entire CD collection along with you would be. If you're in the cult, check it out.

I'm going to see Bowie this week. I can smell your jealousy.

dogslife has said elswhere, if I understand him correctly, that my pants are awesome. I'm trying to decide how I feel about that.

For the nerd set - Resident Evil: Outbreak (ne Resident Evil Online) comes out this week. My burning hatred of zombies still stoked from Dawn of the Dead, I will be hopping online and fucking their zombie shit up. In the interests of science, I shall insert shotgun A into zombie mouth B, and just see where the wacky fun of kinetics will take me. If any of you geeks geek like I geek, let me know, and maybe we can hook something up. Dibs on the army guy.

I'm also more or less digging Firefox above all the uber-browsers I've checked out. I even installed it at work. Although I'd be lying if I said its biggest draw was anything other than the fact that it makes Sorcha weak in the knees that I use it. biggrin

Oh. I forgot to tell you... if you want to open a link in a new tab, right-click on the link and select "Open in New Tab". smile

dogslife:
Or you can set it so your middle button does the "open in new tab" function automatically. I cannot use SG without this feature.

And re: your pants: I stand by my position.
