I am, by any reasonable estimation, kind of an idiot.

Still, there are few things which I am reasonably certain are true. This is pretty basic stuff. You should eat well and sleep well. You should brush your teeth. God damn it, you've got to be kind. That sort of thing.

This past weekend, I was reminded by a very dear friend that life is beautiful, wildly unpredictable, and very, very short. You would do well to make the best of it

So add that one to the "reasonably certain" pile.
